CAROLINE HARRISON
DIRECTOR, SOLICITOR & NOTARY PUBLIC
Caroline is our founder and director and has oversight of all Legal work at Harrison Legal.
A specialist in Family and Child Law, Caroline regularly represents our clients at both Children's Panels and in sheriff courts across Scotland. Acting on behalf of children she fiercely defends the interests of her clients and is a highly skilled and competent litigator.
Caroline delivers a consistently excellent service to all of her clients and has an emphatic manner which is well suited to the emotive and sensitive areas of law that she practices within.
SUZANNE MCDONALD
DIRECTOR - PRIVATE CLIENT DEPARTMENT AND PROPERTY
Our newest member of the team, Suzanne joined in December 2022 as a Senior Solicitor. With a long history within a private high street practice, she brings with her a depth of experience assisting clients in all private client matters including preparation of Wills, Power of Attorney, Estate Administration, and Executry disputes. She also assists the family team of Harrison Legal in terms of transfer of title and residential conveyancing where required.
LUKE LIGHT
ASSOCIATE SOLICITOR
Luke joined our team at the beginning of 2020. Luke is a solicitor, having formerly worked within the firm as a legal assistant, trainee and qualifying in June 2023. Luke is well known to all clients for his personability when conducting consultations and his vigour when it comes to representation. Luke often deals with matters such as the pursuit of various interdicts, changes of name, and appeals of children’s panel decisions.
ABBY STEEL
SOLICITOR
Abby is our most recently qualified solicitor having cut her teeth as a trainee within our firm and having qualified in November 2025. Abby previous worked as a paralegal within a number of multinational firms prior to joining our team. Abby works across the central belt and has been involved in cases in both the sheriff and court of session courts. Abby is active and available to to assist in matters such as contact disputes, children's panels and appeals.
BETHANY DUNLOP
FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL
Bethany joined us in the summer of 2022 and has quickly found her feet becoming indispensable to our entire team. Bethany arrives each day with a passion to help others, work hard, and help our clients. Additionally, Bethany is undergoing a formal training programme supported by Sixth Sense Training while working at Harrison Legal. Bethany has a long future ahead of her at Harrison Legal and we are thrilled to have her on board.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Alison has enjoyed a career spanning many different positions and roles over the years. Alison is passionate about justice and equality and brings balance to our firm. She is incredibly empathetic, and her brilliant mind for business allows our firm to go from strength to strength. Alison exercises oversight over the firm’s financial elements.
